Difference between Contacts and Guests:
- Contacts are additional users who are allowed to log in to a client account.
- Guests are users who already have their own client account with ReadySpace. They can access other permitted client accounts using the same set of login credentials.
1. Login to your Readyspace Customer Portal
2. Click Manage contacts in the left panel
3. Click on the contact/guest you want to edit.
4. Edit your contact/guest details and privileges and click Submit
