1. Login to your Customer Portal 2. Click the Services menu and click on Software. 3. Click on WAContact. 4. Click on the WAContact Product/services. (eg: WAContact 1C, WAContact 2C, WAContact 3C) 5. Click on Access WAContact. 6. Click Click here to login
